An example of Ms. Pierson’s competencies are demonstrated in the work she completed for us in the form of creating an employee handbook, a policy and procedure manual, as well as creating and implementing an HR Department for our school.  Ms. Pierson worked very hard to complete these and other tasks so that we would be ready for the rush at the beginning 2007-2008 school year.  We were very happy with the outcome. 

In conclusion, I found C.J. Pierson to be an excellent resource for our school’s HR needs.  In addition, she accomplished all that we asked for and even more.  She helped us to identify needs and concerns that weren’t apparent to us, and ultimately put us on the right track for meeting our employee needs.  I therefore highly recommend Ms. C.J. Pierson for any HR consulting and maintenance needs that your organization may have.
